At Chicnery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Return

Log into your Chicnery account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
